Dear Luke, Resus and Cleo...
I am writing to inform you that I learnt something from my experiences today. First, Luke, you learnt that you need to get plenty of rest and use belly breathing to calm down after you've stubbed your toe, not transform into a werewolf. Luella learnt that using a calm sense of imagination will help get her to sleep. Now, do you imagine boarding the ghost train and counting all the way up to ten? My old friend Maisy Mouse taught me when she drove her train across the wilderness, all those wild animals boarding one by one like those on Noah's Ark. At the beginning of Maisy's train show, there's a silent sequence where all the carts pass by, and children would have fun joining in, counting all the way up to ten as loud as they can. Imagine if Bluey, Bingo and I would ride a ghost train all around Blackpool, and pick up you guys - Luke, Resus and Cleo - along with an elf, Six, Sue, a crow, Doug, Eefa, Farp, a demon, a fiend (who's actually a friend), a ghost, a mummy, Niles, a pixie, a witch, Alston, a goblin, Luella, a spider, a zombie, a skeleton, a werewolf aaaaaaaaand a hyena. Phew! It would be just like that episode, but as a mixture of Scream Street and Bluey. Are you still recovering from airing on CBBC two weeks earlier? Well, what I would recommend is a nice mug of hot cocoa with marshmallows, a little cupcake and a nice, warm TV. That always follows a cold walk out in the country for me. Tomorrow, Luke, I'm going to teach you more about mindfulness and calming down when your toe is stubbed. Good luck with your sore toe Luke, I'll be seeing you tomorrow!
Love,
Sophie.
